Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the first lesson of every month and can be paid by credit card, cash, or check. I will let you know in advance if I will be away at all when calculating that month's cost.

For lessons, students are expected to be at all lessons for the month unless there is school vacation. For inclement weather, we can attempt to set up a virtual lesson. If a lesson is missed with any notice, we can see if there is available make-up time. However if there is no notice, there will be no make-up lesson. Should I cancel the lesson, we will schedule a make-up lesson. 

For events, payment is due at least a week prior to the event. It can be sent as a check in the mail, or paid in person by credit card, cash, or check. Cancellation can be made up to the week prior for a full refund.
